Seasonal farm and build work
Around Lewisburg the work follows the farm calendar, spring planting and drainage, summer builds and village events, fall harvest, and winter shop-yard jobs, and we keep units moving through all of it on our western Preble County loop as the seasons hand off.
Field crews take a single unit at a gate, home and barn builds take standard units, and community events downtown draw ADA accessible units and a wash station near the food where families collect during a fair or a fundraiser.
Where a unit sits on farm ground
We set units at a firm field entrance or a gravel pad clear of the equipment path, picking a spot where the base holds after a Preble County storm soaks the till plain and the low ground turns soft for a few days.
On a barn or shop job we look for packed gravel near the drive, and we keep the unit back from the loader path so it never gets bumped as machines move through the yard on a working morning.
Around the Lewisburg fair and fundraiser dates we plan the drops a week ahead, set the units near the food and the stage, and add a pass at the peak so the supplies hold through the busiest evening of the run.
Reaching the village off the interstate
The I-70 exit puts the village within quick reach, but the outlying township lanes run gravel and wash soft in wet weather, so we time deliveries around the mud and ask that gates be unlocked or a code shared for the window.
When a unit will sit near a township road rather than on your parcel, run it past the township or county, as a right-of-way or encroachment permit may apply to that stretch of frontage.
